At their regular February 2013, amended at their regular August 2017 meeting, the Strafford Planning Board adopted new fees for review of applications for Subdivision, Boundary Adjustment, Site Plan Review and applications to the Zoning Board of Adjustment as follows:
Non Residential-Site Plan Review: $250 up to 2000 sq. ft. plus an additional $175 per thousand square feet over 2000 sq. ft., plus newspaper notice and certified letter notifications
Excavation Permit (155-E): $250 up to 100,000 sq. ft. plus an additional $175 per acre over 100,000 sq. ft., plus newspaper notice and certified letter notifications
Boundary Adjustment (no new lots created): $250, plus certified letter notifications
Subdivision: $250 application fee plus an additional $200 per new lot created, plus certified letter notifications
Any other application: $250 fee plus certified letter notifications
Owner, Applicant, Abutter, and Surveyor Notification: $15.00 per certified letter
Newspaper Notice: $175
Recording Fees: Actual Cost, check made out to SCRD
Conditional Use Permit: $25.00
Application to the Zoning Board of Adjustment for Variance, Special Exception, or Appeal of an Administrative Decision: $250 plus newspaper notice and abutter notifications
Please Note: All applications for Planning Board review are due by the posted Planning Board deadline each month.
