Assessor Update
Gerry Lortie is an employee of KRT Appraisal, which is the company that has been contracted by the Town of Strafford to perform cyclical data collection and appraisal in the Town of Strafford. The purpose of his visit is to verify the most current data on your property card.
Mr. Lortie will be driving a grey 2019 Audi S4 or a red Ford F150.
He will be visiting the following maps: 1, 2, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 33, 34, 35.
The Board of Selectmen would appreciate your cooperation in providing the representative with access to your property and the information necessary to undertake this assignment.
