The Town of Strafford has an opening for a part-time Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer. Associate’s degree in building construction or related field with at least 3 years of experience in construction or building; or any equivalent combination of education/experience. Must be proficient in structural, mechanical and electrical codes. Must be available Tuesdays 4:00 PM – 7:00PM, plus additional hours for appointments, inspections, and records maintenance.
